Hue [backend] Fix Hue log not found.

- Hue started using gunicorn based WSGI server. After that the Hue UI stops showing Hue logs.
- This code change fixes logs and download logs link in the Hue UI.

Testing Done:
- Tested on local server and checked the logs and download logs link.
